10.35.1. Steering transfer without amplifier of steering
Prevention
At installation it is necessary to use new bolts of fastening of a clip of steering transfer to a partition of a motor compartment and connecting plates bolts of fastening of steering thirsts for steering transfer.
Removal
Removal of the fixing plate from a head of the bolts fixing steering draft
Unscrewing of bolts of fastening of steering draft
Removal of steering transfer
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator. |
| 2. On models with the engine with карбюрато rum remove the air filter. On a part of models for access to the right clip of fastening of steering transfer unscrew bolts, the fixing broad tanks and the main brake cylinder. |
| 3. Establish forward wheels in situation for the movement directly forward. |
| 4. Using a screw-driver edge as the lever, remove the fixing plate from heads of the bolts fixing steering thirst for steering transfer, then unscrew bolts and remove washers and a plate (see rice. Removal of the fixing plate from a head of the bolts fixing steering draft, Unscrewing of bolts of fastening of steering draft). |
| 5. If steering transfer has the shock-absorber, unscrew the bolts fixing a clip of steering transfer and remove the shock-absorber. |
| 6. Remove the lower panel of finishing in deepening for the driver's legs. |
| 7. On models with adjustment of a tilt angle of a steering column move a steering column to the top situation. |
| 8. Unscrew tightening the bolt fixing the elastic coupling to a steering shaft. |
| 9. In a motor compartment unscrew bolts, the fixing two clips of steering transfer to a partition of a motor compartment, then on the left side take steering transfer (see rice. Removal of steering transfer). Keep in mind that on some models wires and hoses which before removal of steering transfer need to be disconnected can be attached to steering transfer. |

Repair
It is independently possible to replace only protective covers of steering transfer, spherical hinges of cross steering draft and cross steering drafts.
