10:39. Pipes of cooling of liquid of the amplifier of steering

Prevention

At connection of pipes it is necessary to use new sealing rings.

Removal

Arrangement of connecting couplings of pipes of cooling of liquid of the amplifier of steering on models with SOHC engines of 2,0 l

Extraction of pipes of cooling of liquid of the amplifier of steering from a motor compartment on models with the SOHC engine of 2,0 l

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a radiator.
2. On the left side of a motor compartment unscrew connecting couplings of tubes of hydraulic system of the amplifier of steering and close the ends of tubes suitable traffic jams (see rice. An arrangement of connecting couplings of pipes of cooling of liquid of the amplifier of steering on models with SOHC engines of 2,0 l).
3. Release three plastic brackets which fix pipes to the lower panel of a body and take pipes from a motor compartment (see rice. Extraction of pipes of cooling of liquid of the amplifier of steering from a motor compartment on models with the SOHC engine of 2,0 l).

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. At connection of pipes use a new sealing ring.
2. Add liquid in system of steering and remove air from hydraulic system.
