Prevention
For fastening of a nut of a nave it is necessary to use the new forelock.
Removal of a dustproof cap from a nave on models with back disk brakes
Check of a side play of bearings movement by the screw-driver of a persistent washer
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. In the presence take off a wheel cap, then weaken bolts of fastening of a back wheel. Lift a back part of the car and fix on supports. Remove a back wheel. |
2. Using a screw-driver edge, remove a dustproof cap from a nave (see rice. Removal of a dustproof cap from a nave on models with back disk brakes). |
3. Take the forelock fixing a nave nut from unscrewing then weaken a nut of fastening of a nave. |
4. Tighten a nut of fastening of a nave the moment of 25 Nanometers, at the same time turn a nave. |
5. Weaken a nut of fastening of a nave until until the persistent washer located under a nut can be moved with a screw-driver edge in different directions (see rice. Check of a side play of bearings movement by the screw-driver of a persistent washer). |
6. Install the new forelock fixing a nave nut from unscrewing. At the same time if the opening under the forelock in a pin is not combined with grooves on a nave nut, tighten a nut before combination of an opening with the next groove. Check that the persistent washer can still move. Otherwise weaken a nut before combination of the next groove on a nut with an opening in a nave pin. |
7. Establish a wheel and lower the car. Tighten bolts of fastening of a wheel the required moment. |
