| 1. Remove the fuel tank. Apply combination tags on the sensor and the fuel tank in order that the sensor could be installed correctly into place. |
| 2. Using a steel core or the special Opel KM-673 tool, establish it in grooves of a lock ring of the sensor and having turned a lock ring, release the sensor (see rice. The special Opel KM-673 tool for removal of the fuel level sensor). |
| 3. Being careful, take the block of the fuel level sensor from the fuel tank, at the same time do not bend the float lever. |
| 4. Remove a sealing ring. |
