| 1. The detonation sensor on the X16 SZ engine is located on the block of cylinders under an inlet collector between the second and third cylinders. |
| 2. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator. |
| 3. Disconnect the electric socket and unscrew the module from the block. |
| 4. The module and the control unit are located on the left side of a motor compartment behind the accumulator. Disconnect the multicontact electric socket, unscrew bolts and remove the module and the control unit (see the drawing). |
| 5. Check of the sensor of a detonation and the module needs to be made at service station with use of the special equipment. Visually check the sensor of a detonation and the module for existence of damages and, if necessary, replace them. |
