3.1.8.1. Removal

Removal of hoses of supply of cooling liquid to the case of the automatic air gate

Detachment of the electric socket of system of advance on models of 1,6 l

Detachment from the carburetor of a vacuum tube of the sensor of pressure on models of 1,6 l

Detachment of the electric socket of system of advance on models of 1,6 l

Weakening of a collar of fastening of a hose to a fuel-supply line on the right side of a motor compartment on model 2,0 SOHC

Removal of a plait of wires of system of injection of fuel on models of 2,0 l of SOHC

Removal of a protective cover of a case of coupling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator. Remove a cowl.
2. Tighten the emergency brake, then lift a forward part of the car and record on supports.
3. Merge cooling liquid from the cooling system and remove hoses from a radiator, and on models with the automatic transmission also remove hoses from the heat exchanger.
4. Merge engine oil and unscrew an oil filter.
5. Remove the air filter, airpro-waters, the block of a heater of the carburetor or the case of a throttle depending on model. On models with the carburetor remove a branch pipe of supply of the warmed-up air from an inlet collector to the carburetor. On models with the automatic transmission disconnect additional electric sockets and hoses from the carburetor.
6. Remove the generator.
7. On models with the amplifier of steering remove the pump.
8. Disconnect a vacuum hose of the vacuum amplifier of brakes from an inlet collector.
9. Disconnect an accelerator cable from the lever of a butterfly valve and a cable cover from an arm on the carburetor or an inlet collector depending on model.
10. On models with the carburetor disconnect hoses of supply of cooling liquid from the case of the automatic air gate (see rice. Removal of hoses of supply of cooling liquid to the case of the automatic air gate).
11. Disconnect electric sockets from a heater of the automatic air gate and I will corrode from a winding of the gate of system of advance (see rice. A detachment of the electric socket of system of advance on models of 1,6 l). Disconnect a vacuum tube of the block of a heater from the carburetor.
12. Disconnect a vacuum tube of the sensor of pressure from the carburetor (see rice. A detachment from the carburetor of a vacuum tube of the sensor of pressure on models of 1,6 l).
13. Remove hoses of supply of cooling liquid from an inlet collector or the case of a throttle depending on model.
14. Disconnect fuel hoses from the pumping-up fuel pump and a steam separator on models with the carburetor or from fuel-supply lines on the right side of a motor compartment on other models. Close the ends of tubes and hoses the corresponding traffic jams (see rice. A detachment of the electric socket of system of advance on models of 1,6 l, Weakening of a collar of fastening of a hose to a fuel-supply line on the right side of a motor compartment on model 2,0 SOHC).
15. Disconnect an electrical wiring and sockets and remove a plait of wires of system of injection of fuel. Release clamps of electric sockets of fuel nozzles and, having pulled for a casing of a plait of wires, remove it from fuel nozzles (see rice. 16. Disconnect hoses of giving I cool liquid Russian cabbage soup to a heater from the union in a back part of the block of cylinders.
17. Disconnect electric sockets from the following sensors and knots:
— starter,
— ignition distributor,
— oil pressure sensor,
— oil temperature sensor,
— sensor of the top dead point,
— oil level sensor,
— detonation sensor,
— sensor of temperature of cooling liquid,
— sensor of the index of temperature of the engine.
18. In conclusion check that all hoses, pipes and electric sockets are disconnected from the engine.
19. Remove a reception exhaust pipe.
20. Unscrew and remove a protective cover of a case of coupling (see rice. Removal of a protective cover of a case of coupling).
21. Remove coupling. On models with the automatic transmission before unscrewing of the hydrotransformer note its arrangement in relation to a drive plate.
22. Remove a pulley of a bent shaft. The pulley of a bent shaft can fasten four bolts or one central bolt which also fixes a pulley of a gear belt. It is necessary for prevention of a provorachivaniye of a bent shaft that the assistant included any transfer and pressed a brake. On models with автоматичес which the transmission, unscrew one of bolts of fastening of the hydrotransformer and, using the steel core inserted through an opening under a bolt block a drive plate.
23. Access to a pulley of a bent shaft is most convenient from under an arch of the right forward wheel after removal of a wheel.
24. Hook on captures of the load-lifting mechanism for the power unit and lift until the weight of the power unit is not perceived by the load-lifting mechanism.
25. From the top part of a motor compartment unscrew two of three top bolts of fastening of the transmission to the engine.
26. Unscrew the right arm of fastening of the power unit from a body and the block of cylinders of the engine and take it from under the car.
27. Unscrew four lower bolts of fastening of the transmission to the engine.
28. Support the transmission by a jack through wooden whetstone and unscrew the remained top bolt of fastening of the transmission.
29. Move the engine from the transmission and, being careful, take the engine from a motor compartment up.
30. After removal of the engine for support of the transmission establish a board between a case of coupling and the lower frame and take a jack from under the transmission.
