3.1.11. Repair of the engine
Prevention
At dismantle of the specified details pay attention to features of their removal. Remember positions of installation of laying, sealing rings, pro-rates, pins, arms, washers, bolts and other fine details.
It is the most convenient to perform works on the engine if it is installed on a special bed.
In the absence of the stand dismantling of the engine on a floor is possible. At work in these conditions observe extra care.
Before repair of the engine it is necessary to remove from it:
— inlet and final collectors;
— starter;
— back highway of the cooling system and hoses;
— oil pressure sensor;
— oil level sensor;
— detonation sensor;
— sensor of the top dead point;
— ignition distributor elements;
— the pumping-up fuel pump;
— thermostat thermostat / casing (l N16 NZ2 1,8 and 2,0 models);
— the pump of the amplifier of steering with an arm;
— arm of fastening of the generator;
— eyes for raising of the engine;
— a tube for the probe of measurement of level of engine oil;
— arm of support of an inlet collector.
