3.1.29. Oil pallet
Prevention
At installation of the oil pallet it is necessary to use new laying and sealant at installation of the oil pump and back radical bearing.
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator. |
| 2. Merge engine oil from the engine, then establish into place a masloslivny stopper and tighten it the required moment.

| 3. Tighten the emergency brake, then lift a forward part of the car and record on supports. |
| 4. Remove a reception exhaust pipe. |
| 5. In the presence disconnect the electric socket from the sensor of level of the engine oil installed in the oil pallet.
|
| 6. Unscrew bolts and remove a protective plate of coupling. |
| 7. Evenly and gradually unscrew bolts of fastening and remove the oil pallet. Keep in mind that on the majority of models the reflector of oil of the oil pallet can be moved on considerable distance from the block of cylinders together with the oil pallet, but it cannot be removed until the maslozaborny phone of the oil pump is picked up. |
| 8. On l models 1,6, 1,8 and 2,0 for removal of a reflector of oil it is necessary to unscrew the arm fixing a maslozaborny tube of the oil pump to the block of cylinders. The reflector of oil can be removed through a maslozaborny tube. On the l C16 NZ2 models 1,8 and 2,0 with an oil reflector the screw-driver remove rubber laying. |
| 9. For removal of a maslozaborny tube of the oil pump unscrew a bolt, the fixing arm to the block of cylinders and two bolts fixing the end of a maslozaborny tube to the oil pump. Remove condense a telny ring of round section. |
| 10. Clear the interfaced surfaces of the block of cylinders, a reflector of oil and the oil pallet of traces of old laying and sealant. |

Apply a thin film of Opel No. 90485251 sealant on the interfaced surfaces between the oil pump and the block of cylinders and between a back cover of the radical bearing and the block of cylinders (see rice. | 2. On the C16 NZ2 models 1,8 and 2,0 of l establish new rubber laying on oil reflector perimeter (see rice. Installation of new rubber laying on an oil reflector on the engine of 2,0 l). |
| 3. On models 1,6, 1,8 and 2,0 of l install an oil reflector in the block of cylinders, moving it through an intaking tube of the oil pump. |
| 4. If the maslozaborny phone was picked up, install it on the oil pump with a new sealing ring of round section and fix by bolts, having tightened them the required moment (see rice. | 5. In the presence, establish an arm of fastening of a maslozaborny tube to the block of cylinders (see rice. Installation of an arm of fastening of a maslozaborny tube on the engine of 2,0 l). |
| 6. | 7. If the engine is installed in le's avtomob, further installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. Fill in engine oil in the engine. |
