| 3. Establish a head of the block of cylinders on the directing pins of the block of cylinders. |
| 4. Establish on a head of the block of cylinders hydraulic pushers of valves, blocks of axial pressure and a yoke on the same places where they were before removal. |
| 5. Before installation oil nests of hydraulic pushers engine. At installation of new hydraulic pushers place them in a container with engine oil and manually squeeze several times for filling with their oil. Grease the interfaced surfaces of hydraulic pushers, blocks of axial pressure and yokes with lubricant on the basis of a molybdenum disulfide (see rice. | 6. Temporarily establish a pulley of a bent shaft and check that adjusting tags of pulleys are combined with indexes. |
| 7. Apply a thin film of Opel No. 994714 sealant on the interfaced surfaces of a head of the block of cylinders and the case of the camshaft, then install the camshaft case (see rice. | 8. Establish new bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders with washers and screw in them by hand (see rice. Installation of bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders). |
| 9. Gradually and consistently in four stages tighten bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders on a spiral from within outside (see rice. | 10. Further installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal taking into account the next moments. |
| 11. Check correctness of installation of high-voltage wires for spark plugs. |
| 12. Establish a pulley of the camshaft and a gear belt and adjust a tension of a gear belt. |
| 13. Establish a collector on a head of the block of cylinders, at the same time use new laying of a collector. |
| 14. Connect a reception exhaust pipe with new laying to a final collector. |
| 15. Establish the top fastening of the generator and adjust a tension of a driving belt of the generator. |
| 16. Fill in cooling liquid in the cooling system. |
| 17. Check that all pipes and hoses are reliably connected to a head of the block of cylinders. |
| 18. Connect the accumulator, start the engine and check it for existence of leaks. |
| 19. After warming up of the engine up to the normal working temperature adjust turns of idling and maintenance WITH. |
