| 7. On models of 1,6 l with the amplifier of steering remove the pump of the amplifier of steering. |
| 8. For a bolt of fastening of a pulley turn a bent shaft before combination of an adjusting tag on a camshaft pulley with a groove in a back cover of a gear belt (see rice. Combination of a tag on a camshaft pulley with a groove in a back casing of a gear belt) and tags on a pulley of a bent shaft – with the index on a back cover of a gear belt (see rice. | 10. On l engines 1,4 and 1,6 except the C16 NZ2 engine the pulley of a bent shaft fastens one central bolt which also fixes a pulley of a gear belt. On l C16 NZ2 engines 1,8 and 2,0 the pulley fastens four bolts which need to be unscrewed a face key. Unscrew a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a bent shaft. For prevention of rotation of a bent shaft on models with the mechanical transmission, the assistant has to include any transfer and press a brake. |
| 11. Remove a pulley of a bent shaft and take a gear belt. |
| 12. For removal of a pulley of the camshaft disconnect a hose of ventilation of a case from a cover of a head of the block of cylinders, then unscrew bolts and uncover a head of the block of cylinders, a predvaritel but having noted an arrangement of arms of fastening of high-voltage wires. |
| 13. Remove laying. Fix the camshaft from a provorachivaniye, holding it a wrench for vents between cams of the third and fourth cylinders and unscrew a bolt of fastening of a pulley of the camshaft. |
| 14. Remove a pulley from the camshaft. |

For removal of a pulley of a bent shaft on l engines 1,4 and 1,6, except the C16 NZ2 engine unscrew the lower bolts of fastening of the main back cover of a gear belt and insert two big screw-drivers behind a cover and remove a pulley of a bent shaft. Remove a segment spline from a bent shaft. |
