FORWARD DOOR

Removal

The lock and the handle of opening of a door assembled removed from a door

Removal of the lock from a door on models with the central lock

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a door upholstery.
2. Unscrew the back fixing bracket of an upholstery of a door and remove a protective film from a back part of a door.
3. Through apertures at doors disconnect drafts from internal and external handles (see rice. The lock and the handle of opening of a door assembled removed from a door).
4. Through the lower doorway remove a plastic casing from the lock.
5. On models with the central lock half lower window glass. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator and through the lower aperture at doors disconnect the electric socket from the drive of the central lock.
6. In an end face of a door unscrew three bolts fixing the lock to a door. Take the lock together with the engine of the central lock and draft through the lower doorway (see rice. Removal of the lock from a door on models with the central lock).

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal.
2. Check operation of the lock of a door, handles and the mechanism of a window regulator before installation of an upholstery of a door. If the lock works insufficiently accurately, keep in mind that the draft connecting the external handle to the lock can be adjusted for what it is necessary to turn a plastic adjusting wheel on the end of draft (see rice. Arrangement of an adjusting wheel of draft of the external handle of a door).

BACK DOOR

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Completely lower window glass, then remove an upholstery of a door and a protective film.
2. Through an aperture at doors disconnect drafts from internal and external handles and the button of blocking of the lock.
3. Remove consolidation of back I direct glass Russian cabbage soup, then unscrew the opened screw fixing a back guide of glass.
4. Unscrew the second screw of fastening of a back guide of glass, access to which is possible from the inside of a door, then remove a glass guide from a door.
5. Through an aperture in a back part of a door remove a plastic casing of the door lock.
6. On models with the central lock remove a weight wire from the accumulator and disconnect the electric socket from the drive of the central lock.
7. In an end face of a back door unscrew three bolts fixing the lock to a door. Take the lock together with the drive of the central lock and draft through the lower doorway.
