Removal
Removal of the panel of finishing of a back door

| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Open a back door. |
| 2. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator. |
| 3. Unscrew screws and remove the panel of finishing of a back door. |
| 4. Disconnect all available электричес Kia sockets and disconnect a hose of supply of liquid to a washer of back glass. |
| 5. If the back door is repeatedly established, tie a thin long cord to all electric sockets and a hose and after extraction from a door of electropro-vodka and a hose through the upper edge of a door untie a cord and leave it at doors. |
| 6. Release the panel of finishing of a back door on a car body, at the same time do not break percussion caps, and slightly lower a back part of a ceiling for access to screws of fastening of hinges of a back door (see rice. | 7. While the assistant supports a back door, disconnect racks of a back door from their spherical hinges. |
| 8. Reliably supporting a door, unscrew bolts of fastening of hinges and remove a back door from the car. |
| 9. If necessary beat out hinged fingers and remove hinges. |
| 10. At installation of a new back door remove all removable details from an old door and establish on new. |

Installation

| 1. You make installation of hinges according to earlier made tags. |
| 2. At repeated installation of a back door for a thin cord involve electric wires and a hose of supply of liquid to a washer of back glass at a back door. |
| 3. After installation of a back door check that in a closed position the gap between a back door and elements of a body of the car is identical everywhere. If necessary adjust the provision of a back door for what weaken bolts of fastening of hinges and, moving a door within the extended installation openings, find required position of a door. |
| 4. Check that the lock of a back door is precisely combined with a shock plate of the lock. |
