11:20. External handle of opening of a door

FORWARD DOOR

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a door upholstery.
2. From the inside of a door remove a protective film for access to the external handle of opening of a door.
3. Unscrew two nuts which fix the external handle to a door.
4. On models with the central lock disconnect the microswitch from a back part of the external handle of a door.
5. Disconnect drafts from the external handle, then remove the handle from the outer side of a door.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal.
2. Check operation of the external handle of opening of a door, then establish a door upholstery.

BACK DOOR

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Completely lower glass.
2. Remove a door upholstery.
3. From the inside of a door remove a protective film for access to the external handle of opening of a door.
4. Remove consolidation of a back guide of glass, then unscrew the opened screw fixing a back guide of glass.
5. Unscrew the second screw of fastening of a back guide of glass, access to which is possible from the inside of a door, then remove a glass guide from a door.
6. Through an aperture in a back part of a door remove a plastic casing of the door lock.
7. In an end face of a back door unscrew three bolts fixing the lock of a back door to a door and lower the lock in a door.
8. Unscrew two nuts which fix the external handle of opening of a door to a door.
9. Remove the handle from the outer side of a door and disconnect from it drafts.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal.
2. Before installation of an upholstery of a door check operation of the lock of a door, handles and the mechanism of window regulators.
