9.17. Brake board of a back brake
MODELS WITH BACK DRUM BRAKES
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. In the presence take off a wheel cap, then weaken bolts of fastening of a back wheel. Lift a back part of the car and record on supports. Remove a back wheel. |
| 2. Remove the brake drum. |
| 3. Remove a nave of a back wheel. |
| 4. Remove brake shoes. |
| 5. Remove the working brake cylinder. |
| 6. Using a screw-driver edge as the lever, remove the plate fixing a cable of the emergency brake to a brake board. |
| 7. Unscrew four bolts and remove a pin of a nave and a brake board. |

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal taking into account the next moments. |
| 2. Apply a thin film of lithium lubricant on a back surface of a flange of a pin of a nave. |
| 3. Tighten bolts of fastening of a brake board / pin of a nave the required moment. |
| 4. Install the working brake cylinder. |
| 5. Establish brake shoes. |
| 6. Establish a nave of a back wheel. |
| 7. Install the brake drum. |
| 8. Check and, if necessary, adjust the emergency brake. |

MODELS WITH BACK DISK BRAKES WITH THE SOHC ENGINE
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. In the presence take off a wheel cap, then weaken bolts of fastening of a back wheel. Lift a back part of the car and record on supports. Remove a back wheel. |
| 2. Remove the brake drum. |
| 3. Remove a nave of a back wheel. |
| 4. Remove brake shoes. |
| 5. Remove the working brake cylinder. |
| 6. Using a screw-driver edge as the lever, remove the plate fixing a cable of the emergency brake to a brake board. |
| 7. Remove a nave / a brake disk of a back wheel. |
| 8. Remove brake shoes of the emergency brake. |
| 9. Unscrew four bolts and remove a pin of a nave and a brake board. |
