5.3.5. EGR valve (Simtec system)
Prevention
At installation of the valve it is necessary to use new laying.
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator. |
| 2. Remove a plait of wires and a vacuum hose. |
| 3. Note a valve arrangement for the correct repeated installation it into place. |
| 4. Unscrew three bolts and remove the valve from a flange of cooling of the dual coil of ignition. |

Installation
Simtec system EGR valve
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Clear the interfaced surfaces of a flange and the valve. |
| 2. Install the valve according to the tags put before removal of the valve (see the drawing). |
