5.3.14. Final collector
Prevention
At installation of a final collector it is necessary to use new laying. Final collectors on DOHC engines have the tubular form.
Removal
Unscrewing of a nut of fastening of a final collector on the SOHC models
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator. |
| 2. Mark and remove high-voltage wires from spark plugs. |
| 3. Weaken a collar and disconnect a tube from a zabornik of the air which is warmed up by a final collector. Unscrew screws and remove a zabornik of the warmed-up air. |
| 4. Working under a final collector, unscrew four bolts and disconnect a reception exhaust pipe from a collector. |
| 5. In the presence disconnect the electric socket of the sensor of oxygen. |
| 6. Separate a reception exhaust pipe from a final collector and bind it, using a soft wire. Remove laying of a reception exhaust pipe. |
| 7. Unscrew nuts and remove a final collector from a head of the block of cylinders (see the drawing). Remove laying of a final collector. |
| 8. If at a vyvinchivaniye of nuts of fastening of a final collector from a head of the block of cylinders hairpins were unscrewed, then before installation of a collector screw in hairpins in a head of the block of cylinders. |

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Establish a final collector with new laying and fix by nuts, having tightened them the required moment. |
| 2. Connect with new laying a reception exhaust pipe to a final collector and fix by bolts, having tightened them the required moment. |
| 3. Further installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. |
