1. Before installation of a power shaft check a condition of a sealing ring of a power shaft in the transmission. |
2. Remove a lock ring from the internal end of a power shaft and establish a new lock ring (see rice. An installation site of a new lock ring on a power shaft). |
3. Clear vents for a power shaft in a nave and the transmission. Grease with a thin layer of lubricant working edges of a sealing ring, a vent of a power shaft and flanges. |
4. Combine internal vents of a power shaft with vents in a nave and insert a power shaft into a nave. Establish a new washer on a power shaft and by hand screw a nut of fastening of a power shaft to a nave. |
5. Establish a power shaft in differential, having combined vents of a power shaft with flutes of semi-axial gear wheels of differential. Insert a power shaft into the transmission against the stop. |
6. Insert a pin of the spherical hinge of the lower lever into a rotary fist and fix by a nut. Tighten a nut the required moment and record from unscrewing by the forelock. |
7. Tighten a nut of fastening of a power shaft to a nave the required moment and record from unscrewing by the new forelock. If the forelock cannot be installed because of not coaxiality of an opening and grooves in a nut, tighten a nut on 9 °° (see rice. Tightening of a nut of fastening of a power shaft to a nave the required moment, Tightening of a nut of fastening of a power shaft to a nave, dovorachivy it on the required corner). |
8. Establish a wheel, then lower the car on the earth and tighten bolts of fastening of a wheel the required moment. Establish a wheel cap. |
9. Check oil level in the transmission and if necessary, bring it to norm. |
