1. Check smoothness and uniformity of rotation of the bearing of an intermediate shaft. With defects replace the bearing. |
2. Unscrew two bolts fixing a flange to an arm of the bearing and remove an arm. |
3. Remove a lock ring from the outer side of an intermediate shaft, then the sealing ring and a big lock ring fixing the bearing. |
4. Using a stripper, remove bearing knot from an intermediate shaft. |
5. Establish a bearing support on wooden whetstones and squeeze out from it the bearing. |
6. Heat the bearing and, using the hammer and a tubular mandrel which diameter is equal to diameter of an internal ring of the bearing, install the bearing on an intermediate shaft to a fillet. From the opposite side of a power shaft establish a bearing support on an external ring of the bearing and record a lock ring. Establish new a sealant of Nov a ring and a new lock ring of a shaft. |
7. Install an arm on the bearing of an intermediate shaft. You make tightening of bolts of fastening of a support of the bearing after installation of an intermediate shaft in differential and fastenings of an arm of the bearing to the block of cylinders. On a carving of bolts apply a thin film of means of P/N 90167347 interfering unscrewing of bolts both screw in and tighten the required moment bolts of fastening of a support of the bearing. |
