| 2. Turn a bent shaft of the engine on two whole revolutions in the direction of working rotation and check that tags on a pulley of a bent shaft and the camshaft were combined from the index ми. Weaken a bolt of fastening of the mechanism of a tension and turn the tension mechanism lever clockwise until the index is not combined with a cut in a tension mechanism arm. At installation of a new gear belt it several business hours will be earned extra. At installation of the belt which was in the use establish the index approximately on 4 mm on the left from the center of a groove. |
| 3. Tighten a bolt of fastening of the mechanism of a tension. Turn a bent shaft of the engine on 1 whole revolution in the direction of working rotation and check that adjusting tags on pulleys of cranked and distributive shaft were combined with indexes. Install all remained earlier removed details on the engine. |
| 4. After carrying out adjustment of a tension of a gear belt in the course of operation of the engine the tension of a gear belt will be automatically supported. |
