3.2.14. Oil pallet

Prevention

At installation of the oil pallet it is necessary to use new laying.

Removal

Removal of the oil pallet is made similarly, as well as removal of the oil pallet on SOHC engines (see subsection 2.27), with the following changes.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove an engine mudguard.
2. Remove two pith laying and, being careful, clear the interfaced surface.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. At installation of new laying of the oil pallet on the block of cylinders use sealant for deduction of laying on the place.
2. At installation of laying of an oil reflector do not use sealant.
