1. The new knot of coupling is compressed by the clips established at the plant. In the absence of clips fix coupling knot in a vice with soft sponges and establish clips which were used at coupling removal (see rice. An arrangement of the clip installed on a release clutch plate before coupling installation). |
2. Check that on an overlay of a clutch plate and a surface of a press disk and a flywheel oil or other lubricant did not get. Wipe a surface of a flywheel and a press disk with pure rags, and you make installation of coupling clean hands. |
3. Grease clutch plate nave vents with a thin layer of lubricant on the basis of a molybdenum disulfide. Establish a clutch plate on a flywheel, at the same time the smaller ledge of a nave of a clutch plate has to be directed to a flywheel. Press a clutch plate to a flywheel and establish the leading part of coupling. |
4. Move an entrance shaft of the transmission into a clutch plate nave, at the same time the forward end of a shaft has to enter the bearing in an end face of a bent shaft. When moving a main shaft of the transmission do not use the hammer or a kiyanka as it can lead to damage of the transmission. If manually it is impossible to move an entrance shaft of the transmission, use for this purpose the special tool No. KM-564. It is also possible to use the tool manufactured independently and which is used at removal of a shaft (see rice. Use of the tool manufactured independently for moving of an entrance shaft of the transmission to a clutch plate). |
5. After installation of an entrance shaft in a clutch plate turn the leading part of coupling so that the tag on a flywheel was combined with a groove in a coupling casing. Screw in and gradually in the diagonal sequence tighten six bolts of fastening of the leading part of coupling to a flywheel (see rice. An arrangement of a tag of combination of coupling on a flywheel on models of 1,6 l, Combination of tags on a casing of coupling and a flywheel on model 2,0, Tightening of a bolt of fastening of the leading part of coupling to a flywheel). For screwing up of bolts of fastening of the leading part of coupling to a flywheel, a wrench for a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a bent shaft, turn a bent shaft for consecutive access to fastening bolts. Tighten all bolts of fastening the required moment. |
6. After pressing by the assistant to a pedal of coupling remove three clips from the leading part of coupling. For removal of clips consistently turn a bent shaft a wrench for a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a bent shaft. |
7. After removal of clips the assistant has to release a coupling pedal. |
8. Screw in a bolt in an end face of an entrance shaft of the transmission, then establish a new lock ring. |
9. With new laying establish a cover in a transmission end face and fix by bolts, having tightened them the required moment. Check correctness of installation of a bolt, the fixing grounding tire. |
10. Install the tire of grounding on the transmission and fix by a nut. |
11. Establish a protective plate on the basis of a case of coupling and fix by bolts. In the presence establish a wheel arch. On models with DOHC engines establish an engine mudguard. |
12. Establish a wheel, then lower the car on the earth and finally tighten bolts of fastening of a wheel. In the presence establish a cap on a wheel. |
13. Check and, if necessary, adjust a coupling cable. |
14. Check oil level in the transmission and, if necessary, bring it to norm. |
