1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator. |
2. Weaken the collars fixing the inlet air channel to a casing of the air filter and remove it from the engine. |
3. Weaken collars and unscrew the bolts fixing the inlet air channel of a turbocharger and remove it from a head of the block of cylinders. |
4. Unscrew the bolts fixing a heat exchanger air inlet pipe to a collector of a head of the block of cylinders and otsoyed to Nita a pipe from a collector. Weaken a collar of fastening of other party of a pipe and remove a pipe from the engine. |
5. Weaken a collar and remove a vacuum hose of the fuel pump from a back part of a collector. |
6. Unscrew screws and remove an arm of a plait of wires from a collector. |
7. Evenly and gradually unscrew the bolts and nuts fixing an inlet collector to a head of the block of cylinders. |
8. Remove an inlet collector together with laying. |
9. Check that the interfaced surfaces of an inlet collector and a head of the block of cylinders, pure and dry and establish new laying on collector racks. |
10. Establish a collector and, working in the diagonal sequence, evenly and gradually tighten nuts and bolts of fastening of a collector the required moment. |
11. Establish an arm of a plait of wires. |
12. Connect a vacuum hose of the fuel pump to a collector. |
13. Establish a heat exchanger air inlet pipe, using new laying. Tighten bolts of fastening of a pipe and connect an inlet hose. |
14. Install inlet channels and connect the accumulator. |
15. Start the engine and check tightness of fuel system. |
