| 1. If repair of the fan of a radiator is not required, the radiator can be removed together with a fan casing. |
| 2. Merge cooling liquid from the cooling system.

| 3. Disconnect the top hose and a hose of a broad tank from a radiator. |
| 4. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator, then disconnect the electric socket from the thermal sensor of turning on of the fan of a radiator which is located on the right side in the radiator basis. |
| 5. Disconnect the electric socket from the electric fan of a radiator. |
| 6. Squeeze and remove two brackets of fixing of a radiator located from two parties of the top part of a radiator (see rice. Removal of brackets of fixing of fastening of a radiator on models of 2,0 l, Release of the right top fastening of a radiator on models of 1,6 l). |
| 7. Incline the top part of a radiator to the engine and take a radiator from the top fastenings. Remove a radiator, lifting it from rubber pillows in the lower frame up. Take a radiator from a motor compartment (see rice. Removal of a radiator on models of 2,0 l). |
