3.3.7. Pulley of a bent shaft

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lift a forward part of the car and record on supports. Remove the right forward wheel.

2. Take off auxiliary driving belts.

3. Unscrew bolts of fastening of an auxiliary pulley to a pulley of a bent shaft and remove an auxiliary pulley.

Installation

Installation of a pulley of an auxiliary belt

At installation of a pulley of an auxiliary belt combine dredging on a pulley with a pin of a pulley of a gear belt.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish a pulley of auxiliary belts to the cogged pulley of a bent shaft, at the same time combine openings in pulleys with an adjusting pin of a pulley of a gear belt. Fix an auxiliary pulley by bolts, having tightened them the required moment (see the drawing).

2. Establish an auxiliary driving belt.

3. Establish a wheel and lower the car.
